Flexibility

Classes are presented in a modular format and repeated quarterly. Therefore, missed sessions can easily be made up.

 

Reduced Costs

Previous certificate holders have saved 100's of dollars at the closing of their home. Certificates will be issued to those who complete the required three modules.

The Pre-purchase certificate program is a series of financial classes presented by the Regional Money 2000 Program at 
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County.  Additional Regional Money 2000 Programs include Money Control Workshop, Power Pay, Family Financial Counseling, Reverse Mortgage Counseling and others.
